my friend has anorexia and she told me that shes been weak lately and cant do much cause shell get tired too fast. would it be hard for her to ice skate cuz thats what we were planning on doing tonight.

My sister was more than 100 lbs. overweight and she has lost quite a bit. I am very proud of her but now it is all she talks about. She exercises constantly and counts her calories before she eats anything. Is this okay or is she leaning toward obsession and anorexia?
Thank you. With this explanation she isn’t anorexic. She does have the “magic number” set up but she is doing it to be skinny and healthy so I will just keep an eye on her.

well i know anorexia is more of a mental disorder, but if a person has an anorexic mind set, then how long would it take a person with anorexia to become pretty thin? not dangerously thin, but maybe just thin enough to be worried about.
or how long would it take a person that practices anorexic behaviors to lose atleast 20 lbs?
