please no bs answers i know how unhealthy it is but dont tell me that i dont care i already have it! how much weight did u guys loose? please answer only is you have or had anorexia

As part of a project for health class I must research anorexia. One of the questions on my page is “If one could only drink water, but they couldn’t eat how long would one survive until they experieced and physical changes as in body “shut down”? So, pretty much the question is how long could someone live without food?

I want your advice…I want to be as physically fit and healthy as I can…there is my work out plan. I have a meal plan made by my dietician. I wanna be toned. Flat tummy. Nice arms. But still keep the boobs and butt
So. Do you have any tips on how to be physically healthy like I want? How do you feel about my plan?
I am in recovery for anorexia. So please no drastic diet tips
Sunday-
15 min. jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
ab workout
Monday-
15 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella
leg workout
Tuesday-
15 minute jog with Meri
45 minute walk/run with Bella
arm work-out
Wednesday-
ab workout
15 minute jog with Meri
20 minute walk with Bella
Thursday-
15 minute jog with Meri
leg work-out
Friday-
15 minute jog with Meri
arm workout
45 minute walk/jog with Bella
Saturday-
15 minute jog with Meri
rest for the rest of the day
