Anorexia Recovery & Treatment

This question should be actually split into two, because it involves healing both the character/soul that is used to the anorexia, and the body.
Just trying to help my friend out here. She’s been in anorexia for 5 years and many people tried to help her, yet she can’t stop.
Any help is nice.
And what if 3 therapies failed to help her?
