Anorexia Recovery & Treatment

Can anyone please share their experience recovering from anorexia? Also, how did you cope with the voices in your head telling you that you were fat? Any advice you would give to an anorexic struggling to recover? Please share any, and all, details if you can.

I know about anorexia, i’ve studied it and all of the physiological and psychological effects that it can have on a human being. I would like to know, if i overcome the condition and resume a normal diet as if i had never suffered from it, would my hair growth and appearance return to normal. Thank you, answers are appreciated more than you know.

I’m a 13 year old boy and am trying to recover from anorexia. I am currently 5′6 and 83lbs (down from 120). I want to gain some weight back because my doctor threatened to place me back in the E.R if I do not become healthier. I was wondering if I do eat regularly will I get to a ideal weight for my height then stop gaining and pretty much stay there?

How tough was it overcoming Anorexia? What did you go through to try and cure it? Also what got you in that position? I might do a project over this subject for school. Thanks

I think I`m suffering from anorexia! But it can be possible that a person can suffer from anorexia and bulimia at the same time?
