Anorexia Recovery & Treatment

i have to go in for an EKG because i’m anorexic and all that. what will it be like. as in, what do they have you do and how does the process go?

and also, what is group therapy for anorexia like? i’m hoping to join a therapy group at children’s hospital in omaha, nebraska. and hopefully, i won’t have to go to the hospital in denver for full on treatment and hospitilization. what will it be like?

I am recovering from anorexia an do not know what is normal. I almost end up binging. Then i freak out that i have become a binger. Is it normal to eat so much and will it mellow out and how do i know when i have “stabelized” with my eating and metabolism. I have been like this since around the middle of december

I have a friend (no its not my, it really is just a friend) that more than likely will go to an impatient anorexia center. I am trying to remain strong but i am really worried about her. She is my closest and best friend. Is there things like shock therapy or anything like that? What all can she expect?
