			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am trying to overcome anorexia and it is so hard. i&#8217;ve been in recovery about a year and i really have my ups and downs. Yesterday i ate barley nothing, which i knew was really bad. So today i was extra hungry but i feel like i ate way to much! Im supposed to have dessert twice a week, so i had to have it tonight and now i feel like i binged. Please help.<br />
Breakfast-<br />
Cinnamon Fiber Oatmeal- 160 calories<br />
1 pack of raisins &#8211; 45<br />
1 banana<br />
Lunch-<br />
1 portabello and mixed vegtable sandwhich on cuban bread<br />
1 fruit salad (grapes, sliced strawberry and pineapple.<br />
Dinner-<br />
1 house salad- no dressing<br />
1 whole wheat roll<br />
2 panseared crab cakes w/ a side of green beans and carrots<br />
dessert-<br />
1 slice of homemade apple pie<br />
The dessert is part of my meal plan, but i feel like i ate way to much today. Im supposed to be up to 2800 calories and i feel like i exceeded that. I just need some advice from people who arent trying to influence me. Did i eat to much?? And please be kind, this is really hard to deal with. Thanks in advance =]] </p>
