Am I allowed to be a therapist for eating disorder patients, having had anorexia myself?

I used to be in recovery and see doctors etc but stopped going. I do want to recover eventually, just not yet. Anyway, when I do recover, I would really like to help those with eating disorders. Am I technically allowed? Assuming I’m completely recovered?
