  • Think about your family and realize that they care for you. It doesn’t matter to your family members what you may think, feel or want to do. They will always care for you and love you, so don’t go into any kind of isolation. Let your family give you a helping hand in fighting against this disease.
  • Forget the mirror and the weight scale. They don’t exist for you until you get over your problem. You will most definitely be tempted to go have a look in the mirror to check how you look or get on the weight scale every now and then. Stop yourself when you get this feeling, don’t give in. You need to resist this strong urge for your own good, as these may push you back into the same unhealthy eating habits, which you are trying to recover from it.
