I’m in recovery for anorexia, currently seeing a nutritionist and counselor. I am on the diabetic exchange meal plan. My nutritionist said I need to up my fat servings (most days I don’t eat any fat, a couple times a week I do allow myself peanut butter and chocolate chips) Besides the obvious oils, are there any other healthy, and tasty, fat options?

Ok, so i am in this partial hospitalization program for anorexia recovery. Right now, i am 5′4, 17 years old and 81lbs (i gained a pound this week! which is good, i guess). Anyways, the doctors there want me to reach around 100-105lbs and they see this as an ideal weight. However, i have always been very thin (i have never weighed over 87lbs– i continued to grow in height, but failed to gain weight). The idea of weighing 100 lbs really kind of scares me, but i want to get out of this program so i can go back to school and have my normal life again. I also know in my heart that i need to gain weight, but 20lbs seems like so much. Is 100-105 still thin for my height and age? The idea of gaining 20lbs scares me, and im afraid i will look and feel totally different. I am just really dreading it, because the doctors expect me to gain 1-3lbs a week, (they give you meal plans and calorie increases, but it seems like some of the girls in the program have to eat a ridiculous amount of food) or i will have to go inpatient. Can anyone help me calm down? I’m feeling really anxious and uneasy about all this.

I want your advice…I want to be as physically fit and healthy as I can…there is my work out plan. I have a meal plan made by my dietician. I wanna be toned. Flat tummy. Nice arms. But still keep the boobs and butt
So. Do you have any tips on how to be physically healthy like I want? How do you feel about my plan?

Summer camp for me is in 2 weeks and I am recovering from anorexia(:
I think I’m almost to my goal weight,maybe 2 or 3 pounds till I reach it (i’m 5′8″ and about 116/117 lbs)
anyways, right now my meal plan consists of 3 meals and 4 ensure pluses everyday. (one ensure plus has 350 calories.)
How will I deal with recovery at camp? It’s an overnight camp, weeklong, and I’ll be in charge of all of my meals.
How can I deal?

I’m thinking about not exercising today. But I just got my new meal plan from my nutritionist for anorexia recovery and so for the first time I’m going to be eating probably twice the calories that I usually do. Should I take the day off or will I gain weight?
