I’m thinking about not exercising today. But I just got my new meal plan from my nutritionist for anorexia recovery and so for the first time I’m going to be eating probably twice the calories that I usually do. Should I take the day off or will I gain weight?

    taking a day off of exercise won’t make you fat. One thing you should do is toss the scale, don’t even look at it for at least a few months. Everyones weight fluctuates from day to day, so many variables. Don’t stress on the number, but if you eat healthy like the nutrutionist says and exercise, then after a few months you’ll notice nice lean muscle and healthy good looking curves. Since you are coming off of anorexia you’ll probably gain some healthy weight in muscle. You’ll look much better for it.

    No, it will not make you fat.Meal plans usually have very healthy menu options. Any weight that you gain will be a blanket of beauty, that will help you cherish your every day of healthy recovery.Being to thin, that’s so in the 90s..Good luck and God bless..

    Anything could make YOU fat! lol sorry couldn’t resist.
    As long as you exercise, you can eat all the calories you want.
    Or you could just trough out your fashion magazines, then you wont feel the need to be sickly thin.
    This is why I hate the fashion industry…
