I know how you feel, I kinda wonder the same question every now and than. I suffered from an eating disorder (anorexia and bulimia) for 15 year and I still haven’t gotten any better. I’m not even sure if I even want to get better. I know it’s unhealthy, too. I guess we both need to find some reason to get passed this and get better. Anyways, I just wanted to let you know I’m here if you need to talk, I could use someone to talk to, too. Email me at colorfulgirl29@yahoo.com Take care of yourself! *HUGS*

    GREEN TEA!
    its amazing.

It has 0 calores, it burns calories, and boost metabolism. :)
whenever you feel hungry, drink a cup of this… that way
you will not only be not eating but you will be losing weight doing it.

Never had it. But…I am into fitness. I think exercise not only makes you feel happier, look better and not obsess about food, but it can become a healthier obsession to take the place of your constant worry about eating.
Personally, I drink Monster, it has some vitamins (B) Ginseng and really gives me energy and keeps me from wanting to eat.
Do you get out of the house much?
I say you try to get outside as much as possible. In your yard doing chores, plant flowers, take a walk, a bike ride, visit friends, get a puppy, anything to keep you off the food/eating obsession.
I’m sure you know that anorexia is a mental disorder, so simply by trying to make you life happier in these simple ways, perhaps you can come to some healing or at the very least get what you seek, a diversion from food. Good luck.
I wish you could see me, how fit and healthy I am. Perhaps I shall post my real photo here. I am 45 with a child, and I have never been fat. I eat all the time, yet I exercise daily. I can see myself getting crazy about food if I were to gain weight, all females are susceptible to this. sad, but true. Don’t hate yourself, it all begins with self love.

    a tonnn of water.
it fills you up whenever you start thinking about food or are hungry.
and chewing sugar free gum helps too.

  5. Abi says:

before you eat anything, count to 100. also, think about doing a ten-twenty day water fast. during this period you’ll flush your body of toxins, achieve metal clarity, and will lose weight (most of which will be fat. contrary to popular belief, your body only starts eating muscle when your body is free of toxins and begins eating away vital tissue). to maintain your weight loss, gp on as raw food diet to continue progressing and be healthy.
