I have been in anorexia recovery since mid august.
i have been eating a 2,000 calorie diet and have gone from 75 lbs – 87 lbs (currently).
how do i know when my body has stopped gaining and is stable?
when will this be?
what are signs/symptoms of it?
how long will it take?

You’re still far off from being stable, unless you are like 4 feet tall…
Hopefully you’ve been seeing at least a nutritionist (also a psychiatrist) and they’ve probably given you a goal weight. You really won’t be stable until you hit that goal weight, or even a little more. They usually give you a low goal weight, and in time you should gain more. It’s great that you are on your way to recovery, but you are still far off it sounds, so just be patient, and loving toward your body. It’s more important to be healthy than skinny, believe me. I know this from years of dealing with the same disorder.
