How can i help a person with anorexia?

ok, so my friend, in new york just found out that she has anorexia. she says that she stopped eating, made herself puke and cut herself from depression (she moved from california to new york). wat should i do to help her? i really dont want to lose her.

Tell her shes not fat and take her to a psychiatrist.

make sure that she goes to like shrink sessions regularly and have regular check-ups with her doc. Never tell her she has to eat food, but make sure it is an option sort of thing…
