OK, so I have never had a eating dissorder- BUt I was hooked really bad on Meth, I finally kicked it(also after almost dieing)
All I can say is Pray, I don't care to who Pray, and talk to your pets, I think the biggest help I had was my boy Titus when I was going through the rough spots, I know that anorexia has to be harder because food is legal, But think don't let your mind trick you- I can talk my self into or out of anything- Don't block yourself with your brain, push through everyday!
Good luck I wish you the best!!

yes, the best thing you can do for yourself is get into therapy, if you're not already.
you probably don't like the idea of going back into therapy after all the progress you've made, but try not feel badly about it. needing help is nothing to be ashamed of, and many people who have had eating disorders have some amount of therapy their whole lives...it's just good to have someone with a healthy outlook to be your sounding board and touch stone.
if you are in therapy i would guess you haven't been being completely honest with your therapist. if that's what's going on the best thing you can do is fill them in asap. your therapist will help you get back on track.
also, get your family on board with the changes in you behaviors. you may think they will be disappointed, and they may be at first, but i suspect they will be proud that you came to them for help before your behaviors got out of control. it is a sign of healthy thinking to ask for help when you need it, so i think that's the number one thing you need to do.
...also, it may not be the best thing for you to be trying to help others while you are still struggling. being around other disordered people outside of a controlled therapy group is a recipe for disaster. tell your friend you can't be around her while she is indulging disordered behaviors. that relationship is toxic to your recovery, don't continue it.
good luck!!!!!!!
